PDF and image processing happens locally in your browser. Your selected files are not uploaded to Whisser for these operations.

Whisser PDF Toolkit guide
Whisser PDF Toolkit is a free online tool for merging, splitting, compressing and converting PDF files. You can also reorder, rotate or delete pages before you download the result. Processing happens in your browser with open-source PDF libraries, so your PDFs and images are not uploaded to Whisser.
How to use
- Choose Merge, Split, Compress or Convert.
- Select or drop your PDF files. In Convert you can also add JPG, PNG or WEBP images.
- Drag pages to reorder them, rotate or delete pages, then choose your options.
- Download the result as a PDF, or as a ZIP file for split PDFs and page images.
Frequently asked questions
Is Whisser PDF Toolkit free?
Yes. All of the PDF tools are free to use and do not require an account.
Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?
No. PDFs and images are read and processed in your browser, and the finished files are created on your device. The page only downloads the PDF libraries it needs from unpkg.com.
How do I split a PDF into several files?
Select the pages you want to extract into one new PDF, or enter page groups such as 1-3, 4-6. Each group becomes its own PDF, and the files are downloaded together in a ZIP.
How does PDF compression work?
Each page is re-rendered as a JPEG image at the level you choose: Smaller, Balanced or Sharper. This works best for scanned or image-heavy PDFs. Text in the compressed file is no longer selectable or searchable.
Can I convert PDF pages to images?
Yes. In Convert you can export PDF pages as JPG or PNG images in a ZIP file, or combine JPG, PNG and WEBP images into a single PDF.
Can it open password-protected PDFs?
No. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs cannot be opened. Remove the password in your PDF reader first, then try again.
