1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Whisser and its associated tools (including but not limited to AI Chat, Classroom, Code Studio, and others), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Acceptable Use & System Integrity

To ensure a fair and safe environment for all users, specific behaviors are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the following may result in an immediate, permanent ban of all associated accounts:

A. Abuse of Free Tier and Limits

• Multiple Account Creation: Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits, storage quotas, or trial restrictions for any tool (e.g., AI Chat, Image Conversion, Web Editor) is strictly prohibited.
• Disposable Emails: The use of temporary or disposable email addresses to generate continuous free access is forbidden.
• System Exploitation: You may not use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized API calls to access our tools or scrape data.

B. Fake Engagement and Manipulation

• Artificial Boosting: You agree not to create fake accounts to inflate likes, views, scores, or engagement metrics on community features such as "The Forum," "Music," or "Classroom."
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating others or creating deceptive profiles to mislead users is a violation of these terms.

C. Harassment and Safety

• Zero Tolerance for Bullying: Whisser is a community. We have zero tolerance for cyberbullying, harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior, particularly in social tools like ChatAnon, WAM! Anonymous, and The Forum.
• Malicious Content: Generating or distributing content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal acts via our AI tools or file sharing services is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you create. However, by using the Service, you grant Whisser a license to use, reproduce, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. The Service itself (code, design, and features) remains the exclusive property of Whisser.

5. Termination and Ban Policy

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Cross-Account Ban: If we detect that a user has created multiple accounts to bypass system limits or abuse the platform, ALL accounts associated with that user (by IP, device ID, or behavioral pattern) will be permanently terminated without refund or restoration of data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Whisser makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, data integrity, or specific results from using our AI or developer tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Whisser, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
