1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Whisser AI Toolkit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Generate or disseminate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

A. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create, input, or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Whisser a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

B. Our Service

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Whisser and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Philippines and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Whisser makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Whisser, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
